PRO is a program that can help you identify and recruit your Amarillo employees. 

PRO is a partnership to develop a highly-skilled Amarillo workforce. It is a collaboration of Amarillo Economic Development Corporation, Amarillo Independent School District and Amarillo College. The program targets technical and skilled trades jobs in industries that currently have the greatest workforce needs, including:

• Architecture and Construction
• Finance
• Manufacturing
• Transportation, Distribution and Logistics
